(1) The following Construction Business Development Council will be formed to prepare the necessary policies to operate the construction business in a strong and orderly manner and give instructions to the relevant agencies:-
(a) Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport - Chairman
(b) Member, National Planning Commission (Looking at Construction and Transport) – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport – Member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation – Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development – ​​Member
(f) Chairman of the Federation of Nepal Construction Professionals or his designated representative - member
(g) Chairman, Society of Consulting Architectural and Engineering Firms (SCAF) – Member
(h) Technical Joint Secretary appointed by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport - Member-Secretary
(2) In the event that only the Minister of State is appointed in the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, the Minister of State will be the Chairman of the Council (3) The procedure for the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
